Payment Acceptance

SwipeSimple supports in-person payments via a Bluetooth mobile card reader compatible with iOS and Android devices, contactless payments via Tap to Pay on iPhone, and fixed-location payments via the SwipeSimple Terminal — a compact all-in-one device with a built-in receipt printer. A browser-based Virtual Terminal accepts card-not-present and keyed-entry transactions from any computer.

Invoicing and Remote Payment Collection

Invoices are created and sent by email or text message directly from the SwipeSimple app or web dashboard. Customers pay online from any device without creating an account. Additional remote collection tools include Payment Links, Text to Pay, Scheduled Payments for automated recurring billing, and secure cards on file for repeat customers.

App Marketplace and Integrations

The SwipeSimple App Marketplace provides native integrations including QuickBooks Online Sync for on-demand transaction export to QuickBooks, an Appointments app for online customer booking and schedule management, and a Text Loyalty and Reviews app for text marketing, loyalty programs, and automated review requests. SwipeSimple does not offer a public API or third-party integration framework outside of the App Marketplace.

Reporting and Administration
