TableTango overview
What is TableTango?
TableTango brings direct reservations, guest records and restaurant service into one web app for independent UK venues. Guests use a branded booking page with a standard form or AI booking conversation. Online bookings, phone reservations and walk-ins appear in the same diary.
The floor view helps teams assign and manage tables, including bookings that use more than one table. Staff can track booking status, run a waitlist and keep booking notes and guest requirements available during service. Owners can manage opening hours, closures, events and booking reports. Named PINs and paired staff devices support shared-tablet operation with owner-controlled permissions.
Transactional booking emails are included, and optional SMS uses prepaid credits. With approval and a connected Stripe account, restaurants can enable deposits, full prepayment, card-secured no-show protection, paid event bookings and optional extras. Stripe fees apply when taking payments.
TableTango is browser-based and works across phones, tablets and desktop computers. The single plan is £29.99 per venue per month with no per-booking or per-cover fees. Setup requires no card and the 30-day trial starts at go-live.
