Tapinfy is an appointment platform for barbershops, hair salons, beauty studios and tattoo artists. It combines the public-facing page and the back office in one product, so the business does not run its bookings inside somebody else's marketplace.

PUBLIC PAGE

Each account gets a page on tapinfy.co or on a custom domain of its own, with its own colours, typography, photos, service catalogue and social links. Pages are served statically and revalidated on a short interval, so they stay fast on mobile networks. QR codes and NFC tags point to the same page.

BOOKING ENGINE

Clients pick service, professional and time without creating an account. Availability is computed from each professional's own working hours, special hours, blocked dates and buffer time between appointments. Double-booking is prevented by an atomic overlap check on the database itself, not by the interface, so two clients cannot take the same slot even if they tap at the same instant. Recurring appointments and no-preference booking (any available professional) are supported.

BACK OFFICE

Day, week and professional views with drag-to-reschedule. Client records with full history, attendance and no-shows. Automatic commission calculation per professional, per service, including promotional discounts. Revenue and team metrics. An activity log records who created, changed or removed each appointment and each schedule block.

MULTI-LOCATION

One account can hold several locations, each with its own opening hours, team, services and reports, all visible from a single panel.

CLIENT PORTAL

Clients get their own area to see, reschedule or cancel appointments without calling the shop.

PLATFORM AND SECURITY

Installable web app (PWA) with push notifications on supported devices. Tenant data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one business can never read another's clients or bookings. Consent is recorded per user, and the business can export its full client base at any time without asking anyone. Interface available in Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), English, Spanish and French.

PRICING

One all-in-one plan: 19 EUR/month including one location and one collaborator, 8 EUR/month per extra collaborator, 10 EUR/month per extra location, or 190 EUR/year. No commission is ever charged per booking. The 7-day free trial requires a credit card to start.
