Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Telora overview
What is Telora?
Telora is a cloud-based clinical decision support layer that integrates onto existing telehealth platforms through a single API, requiring no platform replacement. On patient intake submission, it automatically generates a complete clinical package before the provider opens the chart. That package includes a drafted SOAP note, ICD-10 and CPT codes, drug-interaction and contraindication checks, a formulary recommendation, and a patient message in English or Spanish. Encounter triage assigns each case a green, yellow, or red urgency classification at intake. All processing runs headlessly in the background with no manual triggers. The provider reviews, edits, and signs; Telora provides decision support only and does not prescribe autonomously.
Telora targets direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms and provider groups handling approximately 500 to 50,000 asynchronous encounters per month. It is designed for pharma-heavy service lines including GLP-1 and weight management, hormone and TRT therapy, mental health medication management, sexual health, and peptide therapy. By front-loading documentation, coding, safety screening, and patient communication before the clinical encounter begins, Telora increases provider encounter throughput to up to 35 visits per hour per provider, compared to approximately 7 without the system. This allows existing provider rosters to absorb higher encounter volumes without additional hires, and extends clinical reach to rural and underserved geographies where provider capacity is constrained.
