Profit, margin, and break-even figures are calculated automatically from booking and session data the team already records, with no separate month-end reconciliation required.

Course management centers on definable packages that specify price, currency, and included session types (theory, pool, open water, debrief). Each student receives an individual session ledger tracking sessions owed versus completed, including within group bookings. Instructor scheduling supports lead and assistant assignment, surfaces unassigned bookings, and automatically blocks double-bookings and ratio or location clashes. Student records store certifications across major agencies (AIDA, Molchanovs, SSI, PADI, and others), medical notes, emergency contacts, and experience level.
