TDAW®, The Director's Assistant® Web, is Continental Computers' cloud-based, AI-powered funeral home management solution with native full accounting and Cai™ (Continental Artificial Intelligence™), a built-in AI assistant that drafts obituaries using case data.
TDAW® unifies case management, full native accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and trust management, and TDAtrak® QR-code chain-of-custody tracking in a single web-accessible dashboard reachable from any device. Additional tools include digital and on-screen document signing, a memorial designer library, inventory and forms management, and a family-facing self-service portal.
TDAW® connects to participating state Electronic Death Registration Systems (EDRS) for electronic death certificate filing and exports financial data to QuickBooks and Sage 50 Accounting, helping funeral homes cut down on duplicate data entry, paperwork, and manual reconciliation. Continental Computers has served funeral homes since 1985.
