TherapyCRM overview

What is TherapyCRM?

TherapyCRM brings the work around a pediatric therapy visit into one practice record. It serves English-language ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy practices in Canada outside Quebec.

Teams coordinate appointments across locations, rooms, equipment and clinicians, with conflict checks and email or SMS reminders. Versioned treatment plans connect goals to trial-by-trial ABA data and SOAP-style progress notes. Session data can be recorded offline and synchronized later.

Families use a parent and guardian portal to request appointments, complete intake and consent forms, view shared documents and invoices, and record home practice. Clinical documents support review and e-signing. TherapyCRM Kiosk and TherapyCRM Family are available for iPhone and iPad; clinical and administrative workflows also run in a web browser.

Funding records track approved, used and remaining hours and amounts, including an Ontario Autism Program reporting profile. Invoices generated from completed sessions require approved documentation and a service code; manual invoices use a separate workflow. TherapyCRM does not submit insurance or government claims and does not provide telehealth or video visits.
