tigerlab brokerage is a cloud broker management system (BMS) for commercial, industrial and specialty insurance brokers – from single offices to broker groups with entities in many countries. Clients, tendering, placement, policies, commission, broker and direct collections, claims, renewals and reporting run on one shared data set, so nothing is keyed in twice.

Placement starts with a tender to several insurers. When the quotes arrive as PDFs, the built-in AI reads premium, sum insured, deductibles, wording and extensions and shows where each value comes from in the document. Brokers compare the quotes side by side, add their recommendation and send the client a ready-made placement report; the accepted quote becomes the policy without re-keying.

The platform handles co-insurance and consortium placements with lead and following insurers, international programmes with a master policy and local policies, open covers with declarations, commission agreements and splits, line-by-line reconciliation of insurers' commission statements, staged dunning, and insurance taxes preconfigured for more than 30 countries. Each entity works in its own currency, tax rules and language, with a group-wide view of clients, premium and commission.

AI is part of the daily work: it extracts data from policies, quotes, schedules, claims histories and emails, categorises incoming emails and tasks, prepares renewals and reviews the whole book for coverage gaps and cross-selling potential. Brokers can also work with their book from Microsoft Copilot or Claude.

Microsoft 365 is built in: users sign in with Microsoft, emails are filed with the right client automatically, and SharePoint folders are linked to clients, policies and claims. Market connectivity follows local standards – BiPRO in Germany, EcoHub in Switzerland, Aplaza in the Netherlands, and CSIO and ACORD forms in North America.
