TIME&SPACE is face recognition photo delivery for events. Guests scan a QR code at the venue or on the event page, take one selfie in their phone's browser, and see the photos they appear in. No app to install and no account to create.

How it works for organisers

Create the event, share the QR code, and invite your photographers. They upload during or after the event, straight from their computer or by importing from Google Drive or Dropbox. Faces are indexed automatically in the background, so guests can search as soon as the first photos land. Guests who opt in are told when new photos of them are added, so nobody has to scan twice.

What organisers control

Watermarks (text, logo or both, placed on a nine point grid in three sizes), the event page, who is on the team (owner, editor and viewer roles, with unlimited team members on every plan), and how long the gallery stays up (365 days on every plan). Advanced and Pro plans add Event Branding: your colours, logo, font, tagline and cover photo on the guest gallery.

What organisers learn

Every plan includes an analytics dashboard with scans, downloads and shares, so you can see how guests engaged with the photos after the event.

Privacy

Face scanning is biometric data under GDPR, so consent is recorded before any selfie is taken. Selfies are deleted after 30 days, data is stored in the EU, and photographers keep ownership of their photos.

Conference and corporate event teams, festival and concert organisers, sports events, galas, product launches and weddings. Photographers use it as a delivery tool for their clients' guests.

One payment per event, no subscription: Starter €188 (up to 500 guests, 1,500 photos), Advanced €488 (up to 2,000 guests, 5,000 photos), Pro €888 (up to 15,000 guests, unlimited photos). Galleries for past events are 50% off. Built in Lisbon, available in English and Portuguese.
