Integration with standard barcode scanners and label printers enables direct label generation from recipe data for pallet, box and consumer packaging without maintaining separate product databases. The platform functions independently or alongside existing enterprise resource planning systems, with data synchronization available when manufacturers choose to connect accounting and order management processes with production floor data. All information captured by the platform is stored on servers located within Europe to address data sovereignty requirements for European manufacturing facilities.
The onboarding process begins with analysis of existing production processes and material data followed by import of recipes and supplier information. Operators receive on site training and learn through guided use of the application. Continuous support is provided as manufacturing teams transition to the digital system and begin daily operations.
