The interactive fleet map displays every deployed asset in real time with color coded status indicators differentiating overdue units, active rentals, and completed jobs. Asset inventory and organization features enable operators to catalog each unit by size, condition, assigned depot, current location, and rental history to maintain visibility into availability. The shared automated rental calendar presents past, active, and upcoming dispatches to facilitate planning and prevent booking conflicts. Smart route optimization computes efficient multi-stop pickup sequences with the designated depot as the start and end point while providing estimated travel times.

Depot management functionality allows operators to register and pin multiple yard locations with routes automatically configured to begin and end at the selected depot. Automated email alerts notify stakeholders of overdue assets through integration with a configurable notification service. The system generates automated PDF documents including quotes, work orders, invoices, and rental agreements with company branding, fee structures, and legal terms. Revenue and financial tracking monitors expected revenue, completed earnings, and outstanding balances at the customer and asset levels in real time.

The cloud-based solution is accessible through web browsers and mobile applications with role-based permissions for dispatch, operations, and administrative teams. Drag-and-drop dispatching enables assignment of stops to drivers who view scheduled jobs in sequential order and mark tasks complete via mobile interface. The platform architecture supports operational workflows that span customer intake, inventory allocation, route planning, field execution, and financial reconciliation within a single system tailored to the needs of rental asset operators.
