TrainGrid by Solvesoft is training management and compliance software for manufacturing plants and other regulated workplaces. It replaces the training spreadsheet with a live, color-coded training matrix showing who is trained, due, overdue, expired or failed, and a real-time compliance dashboard for the site or any location. Certificates renew on schedule, and automatic reminders flag due-soon, overdue and expiring training. Bulk-complete a class and attach the signed sign-in sheet in one step. Competency assessments separate trained from qualified, course versioning decides who needs retraining when a procedure changes, and training-hours reporting covers hours-based programs. Multi-site, role-scoped access (Enterprise), an append-only audit log, CSV import and export, a REST API and webhooks. Built for SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP programs and equally usable for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 competence records.
