JetBot AI coordinates enterprise travel workflows by handling quotes, bookings, support, policy enforcement, and approval automation. WhatsApp AI enables conversational booking and issue resolution. Inspire AI generates instant bookable itineraries from natural language prompts. AI Supervisor provides continuous support through automated issue detection, escalation, and resolution. Voice Agent AI drives call centre operations with automated travel calls and customer support. The intelligence layer further enhances features through natural language search, personalised recommendations based on traveller intent, automated content generation, intelligent ancillary upselling, high volume operations automation, multi channel customer support automation, and integration with large language models for conversational interfaces.

TravelSwitch maintains pre integrated connectivity with major travel suppliers including NDC certified access to Oman Air via Supplier Connect, Hotelbeds integration for global accommodation inventory with multi point of sale support, and Navitaire PSS connectivity to over forty eight low cost carriers. The architecture provides high performance processing capable of handling three thousand searches per minute without performance degradation while the AI Inbox Automation module enables email response initiation within thirty seconds. The modular design offers organisations the flexibility to select components aligned with operational requirements and add functionality over time.
