What is Treinta?
Treinta is an all-in-one business management platform for small, micro, and informal businesses across Latin America and the US Latino market. More than 7 million businesses in 21 countries use Treinta to manage sales, inventory, cash, customers, and finances from a single cloud platform, on mobile and on the web, with no accounting background required.
It offers Sales and expenses: fast sale and expense logging, mixed payment methods on one ticket, custom notes on receipts, and digital receipts sent by WhatsApp or email. Sales automatically update inventory, income, and accounts receivable, Inventory management: products with photos, categories, and variants such as size, color, or presentation, low stock alerts, inventory counts to reconcile physical stock, full stock movement history, and automatic inventory updates from logged purchases, Cash management: register open and close with a starting amount, end of shift summaries, and downloadable cash reports. Electronic invoicing and quotes: unlimited electronic invoicing where available (Mexico and Colombia) and customer quotes you can send before a sale.
Receivables and payables includes customer and supplier profiles, credit sales tracking, accounts receivable and payable, and automatic payment reminders, Reports and analytics: real time visual reports on daily sales, profit, top products, expenses, and employee performance, on both app and web.
Treinta is a cloud based platform available as native apps for iOS and Android and as a full web app for desktop (Treinta Web, included in the Pro plan). Data syncs in real time across phone, tablet, and computer, and is stored in the cloud so the same information is available everywhere. The platform supports multiple businesses under one account (one subscription per business) and multiple users per business.
Roles and permissions: owners can invite employees and assign granular, area level permissions for sales and expenses, cash register, inventory, and reports. Each employee signs in with their own phone number and only accesses the sections and actions the owner enables, such as editing prices, opening or closing the register, or downloading reports.
Integrations and connectivity: Treinta sends receipts, invoices, quotes, and payment reminders through WhatsApp and email, and includes a shareable digital catalog for selling on WhatsApp and social media. Local payment methods are supported for subscription billing depending on country, including card payments and, in Colombia, Nequi and PSE.
Security and access: sign in is passwordless and based on a one time verification code, so there are no shared passwords to manage. Business information is stored securely in the cloud and remains accessible to the owner even after a subscription is cancelled. Role based permissions limit what each team member can see and do.
AI assistance: Teo, the built in AI assistant, analyzes business data and recommends concrete actions, such as adjusting prices to improve margins or restocking items that are running low.
Plans and support: Treinta is free to download and offers a free trial of its paid plans, with Essential and Pro subscriptions and discounts on quarterly and annual billing. Specialized customer support is available through the app.
