Twicebow overview
What is Twicebow?
Twicebow adds a short survey to the Shopify thank-you page. Customers answer a question or two, such as "How did you hear about us?", while the purchase is fresh, and you see which channels bring buyers in.
What sets it apart is the reward. Each answer can earn the customer a reward for a future order, either a discount or free shipping. The store decides what the reward is and when it appears: right after the survey, or only once the order has been delivered. Customers who come back and order again get bigger rewards on later orders. Stores that only want the data can run the survey with no rewards at all.
Setup happens inside Shopify admin. Pick a template for the survey and reward page, adjust the wording and brand color, and the survey appears at checkout. The customer-facing text is available in English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish and Italian.
An overview page shows your answers and the sales from orders that used reward codes. Answers can be downloaded as CSV on every plan, and synced to Klaviyo and Google Sheets (Starter and up) or your own webhook (Growth and up).
Pricing: free for 100 survey responses a month; Starter $29, Growth $79 and Pro $149 per month, each with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
