This is essential for ensuring a positive user experience and can help users feel confident and supported throughout the survey process.
Another potential benefit of Respondent is its customer support. The platform has a dedicated support team that is available to answer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
With my first qualified study, it was a wonderful experience. It was an hour long via Zoom, and when you qualify know that any information shared is confidential.
Cons
Personally, i have given many screeners for interviews but i have been never selected- which makes me doubt that the platform is legit or not.
The website allows sorting between recent and relevant tasks, but there’s no way to make it remember what you prefer.
I finally got invited to complete a survey for $125. Never got paid and no one ever responded to my messages.
