The software helps administrators replace disconnected spreadsheets, email chains and folders with a structured system for managing sponsored-worker and wider employee compliance records. Users can maintain workforce details including immigration status, Right to Work check dates, visa expiry dates, eVisa share codes, employment information, salary records, BACS references, contact details and absence records.

A central document vault allows supporting evidence to be organised by employee and document category. Review screens help identify missing records and items requiring attention. The system also provides salary-evidence workflows that bring together declared salary, payslip gross and net figures, and BACS payment evidence. Where configured, OCR-assisted extraction can help read uploaded documents, but extracted information should be reviewed by an authorised user before it is relied upon.

The Master BACS workflow allows a company bank statement to be uploaded and matched against employee BACS references or names. It can create employee-level evidence snippets, feed the salary-audit view and retain the original statement in an administrator-controlled register.

Administrators can record salary changes, absences and notes about whether an event was considered or reported through the Sponsor Management System.
