TADA allows enterprises to track members on a dashboard, send subscription expiration alerts, promotional offers, and payment confirmations via push notifications, email or SMS, and request customer feedback in the form of reviews, Q&As, or ratings. Customers can promote referral programs via WhatsApp, Facebook, LINE, or text messages and receive commissions or rewards. The software includes machine learning (ML) algorithms, which help businesses gain visibility into subscribers' behavior, revenue, and member demographics, among other metrics.
