Useroam is a cloud platform for guest Wi-Fi management: a branded captive portal, verified guest sign-in and signed, time-stamped access logging from a single dashboard. Guests get online with a one-time code over SMS or WhatsApp, a room number and surname checked against the hotel PMS, a voucher or timed access code, or a username and password. The portal carries the venue's own branding and is available in 22 languages, including right-to-left scripts. Because every session is tied to a verified identity and every access record is signed and time-stamped, venues can meet the guest-access logging and consent rules that apply in their market.

Useroam runs on the firewall or router a venue already owns — Fortinet FortiGate, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Zyxel, MikroTik and Ruijie — so there is no hardware to buy and no on-premise log server to build or maintain. It is delivered as cloud software only. Hotels, shopping malls, cafés and restaurants, retail chains, hospitals, campuses and public venues use it across single and multi-site deployments, each location managed from the same account with its own portal, rules and reports. For hotels, Useroam integrates with Elektra, Fidelio and Sedna property management systems, with a REST API for others.

The optional Useroam Bumerang module turns that connection into a marketing and loyalty channel: automated WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, satisfaction surveys, contactless QR menus, treasure-hunt guest games and an in-house hotel service module for room service, housekeeping and maintenance requests. Guest 360 keeps every visit under one guest profile, Live Radar shows who is on site right now, and Autopilot builds, sends and reports on campaigns from that data — so every connected guest becomes measurable engagement and repeat business. Useroam has been developed since 2013 and is used by more than 800 venues.
