Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

VeraDial overview
What is VeraDial?
VeraDial gives small businesses in the United States and Canada an AI receptionist and a dedicated business number. Vera answers incoming calls, uses a business profile to handle routine questions, takes messages and connects callers through. Owners manage their line and review transcripts and summaries in iOS and Android apps and a web console.
Business phone features include voicemail transcription, call recording, forwarding and SMS subject to fair use and carrier eligibility. Vera Plus adds Google Calendar booking, document and website training, outbound AI calling, live translation, native Zapier and signed event webhooks. ChatGPT and Claude connect through read-only OAuth MCP access.
Pricing is in USD per account, with allowances shared across its lines. Lite starts at $14.99/month with one line, 50 receptionist minutes and 150 calling minutes per month. Plus starts at $29.99/month with one line, unlimited receptionist answering under fair use, 300 calling minutes, 100 AI-calling minutes and 20 translation minutes per month. Additional lines are available on eligible plans. Business starts at $59.99/month with three lines; Custom starts at $199/month with written scope.
AI answering availability is separate from staffed human support. Activation requires a US or Canadian mobile number.
