vFound Equipment overview
What is vFound Equipment?
vFound Equipment is a browser-based lending workspace for campus, IT, library and venue desks. Teams can reserve specific items or items in a category, prepare kits and record who has each piece of equipment. QR labels support checkout and returns, while a paired kiosk can support borrower self-checkout.
Due-time rules, reminders, borrower limits and overdue blocks help the desk manage outstanding loans. Staff record return condition, serial numbers and warranty details, run stock-takes and import or export CSV records. Equipment is independently purchasable or can share a workspace with other selected vFound products.
Pricing is US$696 per venue per year, billed annually, with no monthly billing or free plan. The 14-day trial requires a valid card. The annual subscription is charged unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends.
