Virto ONE consolidates the Virto application catalog under one license for organizations standardized on Microsoft collaboration platforms. It is offered in two editions so a single agreement can cover both cloud and on-premises environments.

Virto ONE Cloud applies to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. It bundles tools that address common gaps in the out-of-the-box experience, including the Virto Calendar overlay for aggregating multiple calendars, Kanban Board for task tracking, Alerts & Reminders for deadline and change notifications, Gantt charts for scheduling, Forms Designer for custom forms, and bulk file operations. Workflow automation ties these into day-to-day work without separate logins or external tools. Cloud apps can be deployed within the organization's own Microsoft 365 tenant and the Azure subscription linked to it, so data storage and the application environment stay under organizational control.

Virto ONE License applies to SharePoint Server on-premises, covering 2013, 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition. It unifies the Virto web part library, including Kanban Board, the workflow suite for building, monitoring, and scheduling workflows, alerts and notifications through email and SMS, and multiple file operations. It is structured as a one-year subscription that includes upgrades and access to newly released components.

Both editions are administered through Virto documentation, a knowledge base, and a support portal, with a support team available to handle setup and licensing questions.
