Vowly Event turns a celebration into one live page: the invitation, the RSVPs and a full guest portal behind a single link.

Built in minutes. Hosts pick from 40 professionally designed themes — four for each of ten event types: wedding, engagement, birthday, baby shower, graduation, corporate, party, dinner & gathering, housewarming, and a custom type for anything else. Each theme carries its own typography, palette and mood. A few guided questions later the page is live, shared as a personal link or as a print-ready QR code that also works on printed cards.

Guests need nothing. No app, no account, no sign-up. A guest opens the link in any browser, in their own language, and replies with their party size and dietary notes. The host watches responses arrive live.

RSVP the way real events work. Set a reply deadline, cap capacity, and add an optional PIN for a private guest list. Celebrations that run across several parts — a rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, an after-party — can collect a separate reply for each part, with different guests invited to different parts and a headcount per part.

A guest portal, not just a form. Behind the invitation sits the schedule, a Q&A, hotel recommendations, directions, the menu with dietary tags, a guest-request playlist, a gift registry, a moderated photo gallery and a guest book. The host chooses which of these guests can see.

A planning studio, free and with no time limit. A visual drag-and-drop seating plan, menu and dietary planning against the fourteen allergens the EU requires to be declared, a music playlist with guest song requests, a day-of timeline, a budget tracker by category, a gift registry (curated wish list and/or bank transfer) and a shared task checklist with due dates and amounts. Unlimited events, and designing your invitation with any of the 40 themes.

A vendor marketplace. Browse venues, photographers, caterers, florists and musicians, send one structured brief (date, guest count, budget) and compare quotes in chat. Vendors work from a separate Vowly Event Partners app and rank primarily by how responsively they reply.

Team planning, on the Premium plan. Invite a partner, a family member or a planner by email with edit or view roles across all your events. A viewer genuinely cannot change anything.

Security and data. Everything is hosted in the EU (Google Cloud, Frankfurt) under GDPR, with a published subprocessor list and a data-processing agreement. Guest replies are written through server-side functions rather than direct database access, so a guest never holds write access to your event. Dietary information is handled as the special-category data it legally is. Share links can be closed or rotated at any moment, and a printed QR code keeps working when you do, because the printed code and the shareable link are deliberately separate.

Platforms and languages. Native iPhone and Android apps plus a full web dashboard, always in sync. Nine interface languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish.

Pricing. The free plan has no time limit and no card, and covers the whole planning side. What you pay for is the guest-facing side: publishing your invitation link, emailing invitations, seeing RSVP details, opening the guest portal, letting guests upload photos, downloading the QR code, inviting your team and exporting your data. Premium is €7.99 per month or €39.99 per year (the yearly plan saves 58%). Every account also gets a 14-day trial of the paid side; QR download, team invites and data export are excluded from the trial. Nothing is deleted if you stop paying — your planning stays, only the guest-facing side closes.
