Waloy is a web-based customer loyalty platform for independent merchants. It replaces paper stamp cards with digital loyalty cards stored in Google Wallet and Apple Wallet, with no app to install for the customer or the merchant.

How it works

1. The merchant creates a loyalty program (stamps or points), sets the reward and customizes the card (logo, colors, text) from the web dashboard.

2. A QR code is generated and printed with the included kit, or shown on any screen at the counter.

3. The customer scans the QR code, enters their first name and adds the card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. The whole flow takes a few seconds and works on iPhone and Android.

4. To add a stamp, the merchant scans the customer's card with their own phone (no dedicated hardware). The balance updates in real time on the customer's wallet card.

5. When the reward is reached, the merchant validates it from the same scanner and the card resets for the next cycle.

Privacy and security

Waloy is GDPR-compliant by design and collects minimal customer data: only the customer's first name is required. Data is hosted in Europe and encrypted.
