Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Wavelength overview
What is Wavelength?
Wavelength is a web-based voice-to-diagram tool that converts spoken workflows and call transcripts into structured, editable process and data-flow diagrams in real time. Users speak a process aloud or paste a transcript from sources such as Zoom, Gong, Fireflies, Otter, or Microsoft Teams, and Wavelength automatically structures the input into actors, systems, decisions, and data stores. Diagrams build incrementally as the user speaks, with a final cleanup pass applied when the microphone is released. A Chrome browser extension opens Wavelength as a side panel alongside Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom on the web, Gong, Confluence, Jira, or any other browser tab, on every plan. AI-inferred connections render as dashed amber lines until confirmed by the user, providing clear visual confidence cues throughout the mapping process.
Wavelength supports three editing surfaces: natural-language AI prompts, a right-click context menu, and direct manipulation of diagram elements. Process metrics can be linked via a connected Google Sheet of times, costs, and owners, with slow steps highlighted yellow or red in a heat view to surface bottlenecks. Diagrams can be exported to PNG, PDF, PowerPoint, draw.io, Mermaid, and BPMN 2.0 formats, and Visio .vsdx, draw.io, and Mermaid files can be imported. A swimlane view organized by role is available with one click. Additional outputs from the same source include written SOPs with roles, owners, numbered steps, and decision branches, AI-generated email recaps, and HubSpot deal attachments with a diagram, written summary, and live link. A shared team flow library, version history, client portals with voting and commenting, and an Insights view that identifies systems, people, and steps repeating across flows are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. SCIM provisioning is supported at the Enterprise tier.
Wavelength serves individual contributors and teams across sales engineering, solution architecture, technical project management, consulting, business analysis, operations, IT, engineering, product management, UX, customer success, RevOps, compliance, and audit roles. Target industries include software and SaaS, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and supply chain, consulting, public sector, insurance, and lending. A free plan requires no credit card, and every new account receives a 7-day Pro trial at no cost. User content is never used to train AI models, zero data retention is active on the underlying inference account, and deleting a flow deletes its transcript.
