HexiStore is cloud-based B2B web-to-print software from Hexicom Software. Print businesses use it to give each regular business customer a branded online ordering portal with their own products, options and pricing, and to route every order into production without manual re-entry.

Store functions include individual user logins, customisable order workflows, order approval rules, spend limits, multi-location delivery and products restricted to selected locations. Pricing can be set per customer, with preset or flexible quantities, price per square metre or square foot, and volume discounts. Product types cover fixed designs, customer file uploads, editable templates, stock items, print and signage, and apparel and merchandise.

Editable template products let customers change text, numbers, dates and images within approved brand rules; HexiStore creates a one-up, print-ready PDF and attaches it to the order. Customer-uploaded files are attached to the order too, and a workflow setting can send order art files automatically to your local production systems for preflight.

HexiStore connects to HexiHub, Hexicom's Print MIS: linked orders are sent to HexiHub for checking, then progress into job management, purchasing and invoicing. Artwork can be approved through HexiProof, and HexiStock shows customers live stock levels for items held in your warehouse. Stores are accessed through a secure customer login and run in the browser, with nothing to install.
