The project management dashboard provides daily logs, financial tracking and team management capabilities. The scheduling system delivers calendar views with task assignments, deadline reminders and Google Calendar synchronization. Gantt chart functionality enables visual project timelines with drag and drop scheduling, task dependencies and critical path analysis. Work order management allows users to create, assign and track work orders from estimate to completion with real time status updates and automatic conversion to invoices. The vendor and subcontractor management module maintains a complete vendor database, tracks compliance documentation, assigns jobs and manages subcontractor relationships.

Time tracking features GPS enabled check in and check out with location verification, approval workflows and automatic synchronization with work orders. Exportable timesheet reports can be generated by project, employee or date range. The invoicing system converts approved estimates to invoices and processes payments through Stripe integration with support for flexible payment schedules, automated reminders and digital receipt generation. The client portal provides secure access for project updates, approvals and payment processing. Internal team messaging and client communication tools are consolidated in a single interface. The analytics dashboard tracks win rates, profit margins, turnaround times and comprehensive business insights. Document storage includes AI assistance, electronic signature capabilities and unlimited capacity on higher tiers. Inventory management tracks stock levels across locations, issues low stock alerts, sends reorder reminders and generates material usage reports. The cloud based solution is accessible via desktop, tablet and mobile devices with a dedicated mobile application.
