yAppointment brings appointments, clients and daily operations into one platform, from €8.30 per location per month billed annually (€10 per month with no commitment). The price covers unlimited staff, unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, and no commission on bookings.
All 21 modules are included from day one: calendar and scheduling, and 24/7 online booking; a services catalog, events and group bookings, resource management and multi-location support; a customer database and CRM, coupons and gift cards, and client chat; a products catalog, orders and webshop, a finance overview, and EU-VAT-compliant invoicing; basic stock tracking, employee management, and analytics; automated e-mail and SMS notifications with multilingual templates.
A Smart Setup Guide shows only the modules your business type needs. On request, the team sets up your account from your website or your Facebook page. Invoices can be created in the local invoicing software you already use, in 27 countries. Customers can leave reviews after completed visits, and the reviews stay in your account. A free WordPress plugin and a website widget embed booking on any site.
