Zaras overview
What is Zaras?
Zaras is the operating system for the trades, free for every business. One app carries a job from the estimate to the payment. Write an estimate and email it, and the customer accepts or declines from the link. Put the visit on the schedule in day, week, month or team view, or set it to recur. In the field, crews open the job in the field app on iPhone and Android, run the visit and take photos and signatures, which are saved offline. Back in the office, invoice the finished job. Customers pay by card online and the money goes into your own Stripe account. Each customer gets a client portal with your logo. Timesheets pass through an approval queue, reports show revenue, outstanding money, job costs, gross profit and margin, and roles decide who can see cost and profit.
