EasyReports provides reporting building and deployment capabilities to small to large organizations without the overhead of traditional reporting tools. It provides for the following report types:

The software is completely deployed on your infrastructure allowing you complete control over your data sources and ensuring that no data flows outside the boundaries of your IT infrastructure.

Each of the report types can be developed using simple drag and drop operations and formula scripts allowing your IT and super user teams to build reports in real time without a high learning curve. The data models are built on simple SQL providing capabilities to query multiple databases at the same time and providing for filters in the queries using configurable parameters.

The data modeling capabilities include reusable data models, configurable parameters where options can be provided through queries, fixed lists of user typed values. Additionally you can also define derived parameters, e.g. when you select a company the list of customers can be filtered for the selected company.

Each report type in EasyReports can be used for solving specific reporting problems, e.g. pivots for slice and dice reports or spreadsheets for formatted reports especially for financial statements and management reporting.

EasyReports comes with a security engine which allows you to configure role based security for access at the report group or report level. Further you can also configure user specific field level security by filtering report data based on users or by hiding output of specific fields according to the user.

The built in report scheduler allows you to export and email reports based on defined schedules which eliminates the need for users to login and execute reports manually. You can use the automated export functionality to sync reports to Google Drive or other similar services. Further auto emailing can be done based on daily, weekly, monthly or custom schedules to inhouse and remote users as per the requirement of the business.
