What is Savi?

Savi’s cloud-based platform empowers operators and managers to not only understand the results they are achieving through real-time data analytics, but the behavior causing those results through video and audio of store transactions and events. Savi is a service interruptor. They are fantastic to work with and work to ensure they meet all your needs.

Pros

The ease of use and amount of actionable data.

Cons

They need drive thru data, however that is on their road map.

The experience has been really good. Their team is very responsive and always great with helping me and my team with any issues.

Pros

The set up and day to day use is simple and effective.

Cons

Adding users to multiple locations after the initial set up has been done is a little time consuming. If you know initially who is going to be a user at the locations, the software is excellent because it allows me to select multiple locations at one time.
