This software is easy to use and helps track WHS action. Comprehensive fields output to great graphs and summaries.

It is the guidance for me what kind of information I need and how to demonstrate data more effectively.

Its a great tool for HSE performance Monitoring and Reporting. As an ISO Management System Consultant I highly recommend it to my clients.

Good tool - good reporting features and customer support.

This HSE Performance Monitoring Tool has been very useful to us. We have significantly improved in meeting our clients reporting requirements.

Whole HSe docements in in file its save your precious time i love it.

Most useful are the presentation and being able to demonstrate safety in a single slide.

No user guide available. The sheets can be easily malfunction once a number or a title of a heading is adjusted, which makes it really difficult to customize to my needs.

I liked the way it eased my job and did not have to spend so many hours creating excel sheets (i’m a newbie).

At times difficult to change for your own setup.

A decent tool especially if you are excel illiterate or time poor and cannot build your own tool. Frustrating if you want to customise it but can't.

Good, the customer service is usually brilliant, however tonight i was unable to capture anyone and had no reply to a query i had.

I use iOS on Macbook, when there is a lot a data, the file start to lag.

Easy to use and Manage, everything needed is available.

Best tool ever!!

Many thanks for the review. We noticed the lagging effect is unique to MacBook as it responds faster on PC. This is because Microsoft Excel is originally for PC. We also found out that the new feature of being able to control all 10 dashboards and the 45 reports with any slicer in the workbook causes the lagging for Mac users. If you disconnect the slicers for the reports, it will respond faster. However, If the slicers are disconnected, users will have to control each report by its own slicer. We leave that choice to users.

Could be more user friendly

Hello Alawi. Many thanks for your feedback. We can understand your concerns given that you are a newbie to Microsoft Excel. However happy it eases your job and you don't have to create new sheets. That is the main point of our pre-built templates, as we have pretty much done the hard work so that users don't need to customize them. This tool is built on pivot tables, the reason we have locked the titles and protected certain columns and rows in the source data sheet. If you did unprotect, changed a title and got a #REF error, we can show you how to fix that. We provide free support and customization, so feel free to get in touch via the Live chat on our website. HSE Performance tool review 

Hi Jerry, many thanks for the honest feedback. The manager version is based on monthly data entry so generating reports in weeks is not possible, unlike the officer version which is daily. Since the officer version is daily data entry, you can enter data at the end of the week to still generate a monthly report and be able to also generate weekly reports on the various indicators by right clicking on the pivot tables and grouping the date into days and set the number of days to 7. The LTIFR also works, if it doesn't it could be you have unprotected the cell and tampered with the formulae.
