They do not have good post sale assistance at all, they say they are working on a matter and completely ignore you for months. I've had to ask for feedback on very simple subjects and gotten no text back. Honestly would NEVER buy it again.
The interface is intuitive and user friendly.
The information given is incomplete, 95% of the times the data does not have accurate and complete information. A lot of unknown, not found, etc, especially in the most crucial data (BL, price, supplier/buyer name).

Value for its big data and the customer service is doing a very good job. Also, they're very responsive in all kinds of requests even the product matters or upgrades!
Cant really find too many leads, but it is bouns for the package. Since is free, not too bad for it

My company relied on TradeData.Pro to obtain crucial information before initiating contact with potential clients. It also assisted in enhancing our understanding of both prospective and existing clients' global presence.
I was quite impressed to see they had the last ten years’ trade transaction data of export-import of Mexico, U.S. and other countries. They also offer macro trend data for 160+ countries with details of market share, trading volume, and all globally traded HS Code trends.
The features we had to use were absolutely right. No dissatisfaction.
