I was excited about a solution that was going to be easy to learn, and grateful to get some help setting up the first couple of scrapes from the Dexi team.
The customer service was really disappointing here.
Love how easy it is to get started and how it's connected to an API out of the box. It's as easy as click and accept.
Overall, the product wasn't the right fit for our needs. What is worse than that is that when I asked for a refund after our specific needs couldn't be met, I was met with silence.
The price was reasonable and I had a lot of other work to do, so it was a win-win. Support: Sales and support were attentive and helpful.
For example, retrieving artefacts from a failed execution (logs, screenshots). There's also the fact that your bots aren't being executed in "normal" browser, but rather Dexi's custom browser.
Really nice interface and best prouct training from all competition I recomend it to in 100.
After three emails to the team and a voicemail, I have still not received a response. Even if this software is right for your needs, I would avoid them due to the unresponsiveness.
If you are a beginner in scraping and web crawling, this is the tool that will convert you from Zero to Hero in scraping and crawling. Great for beginners and experts.

It's that the manual installation of docker instance and manual setups of all the needed connectors in the local desktop instance if the streamsets is used without Strigo which is a real pain.
I have been using DataOps platform since past 6 months and had a very good experience while creating pipelines, jobs, subscriptions and all other things. Moreover the platform is very user friendly.
Also connectivity between local docker instance(where data collector is set up) and applications installed outside cloud and on premise such as Kafka instance(installed on premise) is a real pain.
CI/CD with StreamSets is great. Support for multiple data platforms makes it a great choice for data integration.
Logging is complex , sometimes preview doesn't work , if you copy and use same pipeline in different server the library dependency create problems.
The Strigo platform is also helpful as because it helps in quick setup of the docker instance so that the data collector can be configured quickly to capture realtime data.
The tool requires a somewhat intimate knowledge with the JVM. In addition to this, it seemed a bit difficult to integrate into our CI-CD process as well.
It is really easy to use Streamsets and the graphical interface is very user friendly which makes complex designs look easy and more understandable.
Then comes the monitoring tool which helps in monitoring the pipeline and the Jobs in realtime which is very informative and easily understandable.
Setting up data pipelines is easy and straight forward, if connectors are available and not much inflight processing has to be done, one get's quick results.

No request seemed out of the realm of possibility, and they've been super helpful at updating and molding our process as we work through the best solutions to our unique needs.
Sometimes the bots stall on their updates, but Plena Data respond with fixes very quickly.
I've enjoyed working with them. They are responsive and helpful.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way to delete these logs quickly.
They are problem solvers and good to work with. Their tool is easy to use and they are constantly improving.
I have to go in manually and move the homes within the spreadsheet to keep them in a consistent order. In all fairness, I have not contacted customer service yet to see if this problem can be fixed.
I love that the software integrates with anything. I can trust and count on it to function how I need it to every single time.
The one feature that we did not like was the order that our data was presented in the final product. We spoke with customer service and this problem was corrected in less than 24 hours.
They've been amazing to work with. Now if only we could train AI to do accounting and make financial decisions I could retire.
Integrating with QuickBooks online to transmit the data and attach the invoice automatically was great.
After a quick cost / benefit analysis (Cost per hour of an individual doing a task vs cost of software), we quickly found this software would save us lots of money.
Our experience has been fantastic. The team at Plena Data listen, work hard to get it right, and quickly understood what we needed and how to build it.
My team is able to do the same which transforms us from a "cost center" to being a strategic partner within the organization to lead out in making our organization proactive and forward looking.

Overall experience with Relational Junction is very positive and I would highly recommend them. I have been using them for more than 10 years and I have seen their continuous progress and updates.
When there seems to be a problem, it is rather Salesforce (we use RJ to connect to) that caused the problems.
I like the ability to bring down Salesforce data in a reliable way in an efficient manner.
The failures are very frequent, due to the inability of the sesame software to handle complex data.
I'm very happy with Relational Junction support team. Support team is very knowledgeable and they are quick to resolve the issues.
The troubleshooting is very difficult if something goes wrong.

Any information exchange outside of the on-premise system carries a lot of risk, and is a bottleneck to adoption of such versions.
