I used Airparser to create excel sheets from old mailing address lists that were preformatted to fit on printable labels in Microsoft Word. I was able to extract things like street address, zip code, and even more specific things like "surname". That's what impressed me the most - it could look at John Smith, recognize that as a name, and extract "Smith" into its own column because that's the surname. Definitely will be using this again in the future.
Airparser is the higher-powered version of their sister software Parsio. Compared to Parsio, Airparser is able to handle more complicated data structures and accepts multiple GPT prompts at once. I tried Parsio at first and like did like it but had some projects that required me to try Airparser. It absolutely lived up to my expectations, and the AI functions worked great.
Much like Parsio, Airparser isn't great at detecting gaps in data. For example, if I tell it to look for house number, town, and zip code, and there's one entry without a zip code, it'll take an incorrect zip code form another address or disregard the entry entirely. As GPT and Airparser evolves, I'm sure this can be fixed. Can also be worked around by cleaning up your data before inputting into Airparser, which is what I've been doing.

Good. It is helpful that they provide a trial, so you can test a set up before committing to a paid plan. Overall - Recommendation!
I have tried different email parsers in the past. Airparser's setup is user friendly for the non-coders amongst us.
If you want to extract data from emails and create Google Sheets, you need to use Zapier as connection. The term Airparser uses is "Webhook". It all makes sense when you understand it. But as a newbie, it takes a minute to understand. How-To guides exist, but could be more prominently featured on the website.

various data processing tasks. The ability to extract data from different types of documents including PDFs, emails, HTML, txt files, and even scanned images is particularly impressive. Furthermore, its capability, and really would recommend if any ask because its moving straight up
digitize handwritten notes and lists is quite impressive. These features could potentially save a lot of time and effort in data processing tasks
the accuracy of data extraction might depend on the quality and complexity of the input documents. Also, there could be challenges related to privacy and security of sensitive data. Lastly, the cost which consider high to the market .
