I have used it for about a year to manage projects with customers and internal teams, and it has helped me keep different client priorities organized, connect feedback and strategy to roadmap items, manage releases, and report on progress.

From a security and governance perspective, features like role-based access control, SSO integration, audits, and reporting are important for working with different clients and keeping access organized appropriately.
