The Actions tracking feature is the one that comes to mind first. Since our team started to use iBabs we’ve noticed a huge improvement in meeting follow up.

It takes a bit of getting used to ensuring excel documents are imported into the pack fully.  

There is also a notification feature in case of any updates or changes.

Ensuring these are saved as PDF documents before importing has helped this.

We had an extremely smooth transition, with everyone on board very quickly.

Any support required from iBabs has been very responsive and they have been able to answer my queries.

I didn't find any other drawbacks and as far as meeting management apps go I don't have another favourite.
