What is Carsu?
Independent tyre shops, general repair garages, and motorcycle workshops across Europe use Carsu to run their daily operations from a single cloud-based platform. The software is designed for workshop owners, service advisors, and front-desk staff who need to manage appointments, track jobs, communicate with customers, and handle invoicing without switching between disconnected tools.
A typical day with Carsu starts at the scheduling screen. The agenda shows the day's appointments across technicians and bays, colour-coded by job type and status. New bookings arrive through the online booking system, where customers self-schedule based on available time slots. Automated reminders go out via WhatsApp, Viber, or SMS before each appointment — reducing no-shows without requiring manual follow-up from staff.
When a customer arrives, their full history is available in the CRM: previous visits, vehicle records, past estimates, and every message exchanged through the platform. Service advisors create estimates using reusable job templates, pulling from an OE tyre fitment database that provides manufacturer-recommended specifications by vehicle model. Estimates are sent digitally for customer approval.
Active jobs move to the workboard — a visual tracking system that shows every job in progress across bays and technicians. Workshop managers see real-time status without walking the shop floor: which jobs are waiting for parts, which are in progress, and which are ready for customer pickup. When a job is complete, the customer receives a notification through WhatsApp or Viber with pickup instructions or invoice details.
Customer communication runs through professional business channels throughout this entire workflow. WhatsApp Business and Viber Business are integrated directly into the platform — appointment confirmations, status updates, completion notifications, and follow-up messages are all sent from the business account, not from a technician's personal phone. Every message is logged against the customer record, creating a complete communication history that persists regardless of staff changes. Workshop owners also use these channels for campaign messaging: seasonal tyre change reminders, service interval notifications, and promotional offers targeted to specific customer segments. WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS subscriptions are included in every pricing plan. Message usage is billed separately on a transparent pay-per-use basis.
Carsu operates natively in seven languages — English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, and German. Each language version uses localised workshop terminology, invoicing formats, and communication norms specific to that market. A tyre shop in Naples and a repair garage in Amsterdam use the same platform, but each sees an interface and workflow adapted to how workshops operate in their country.
The platform is GDPR-compliant with built-in consent management, data retention controls, and customer data handling that meets EU privacy requirements.
Carsu runs entirely in the browser on any device. No hardware installation or local software is required. Pricing is structured in three tiers: Starter at €29.90 per month for small workshops with up to 2 users and 500 customers, Pro at €59.90 per month for growing operations with up to 5 users and 2,500 customers, and a custom-priced Enterprise plan for multi-location businesses with unlimited users, unlimited customers, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager.
