What is CenterDevice?
CenterDevice is software for document management, which enables the secure management of sensitive documents in accordance with GDPR, GoBD, and C5 guidelines. For this purpose, users can access various functions to archive, exchange, and manage documents.
CenterDevice uses CenterLink, via which documents can be securely exchanged via external links without the user losing control once they have been sent. SmartArchive is used to archive documents, and SmartVersion enables changes to be tracked for each document.
CenterDevice allows for efficient working since images and PDF files can be created with a smartphone, uploaded to the cloud, and shared with individuals or entire departments. Any links sent can be password protected, and it is also possible to set expiry dates, limit the number of downloads, and change the files they contain even after they have been sent.
CenterDevice uses secure administration, so users also have the option of setting up secure project rooms to exchange sensitive documents under strict controls. In these areas, all activities, such as views, downloads, and access, are carefully logged.
