Caya overview
What is Caya?
The Caya Document Automation Suite is a platform for intelligent document processing (IDP). It covers the entire journey of an inbound document: from arrival, through the extraction of the data it contains, to handing that data over to wherever it is needed.
Documents reach Caya through three channels. Post Scan digitises physical mail in scan centres in Germany. Email attachments and manual uploads land in the same inbox, so every channel follows the same process.
Document Extractions reads out the relevant content. Invoices, orders, contracts, forms and more are processed using AI and deep OCR, including scans and PDFs. What was a document becomes structured data that can be worked with.
Document Automations handles the hand-off. Based on rules you define, documents and extracted data go to individual people, departments, folders or connected systems. More than 130 integrations are available, including DATEV, SAP, Microsoft 365, Google Drive and Sage.
All documents are processed and stored in Germany. Caya is GoBD and GDPR compliant and certified to ISO 27001.
