With Cliqtalk, users can track projects, post new messages, exchange private messages, or vote on issues in discussions. Cliqtalk allows users to manage project hierarchies, assign to-dos lists, and track user workload.

For to-do lists, users can arrange tasks and assign them to your team members, ensuring that all team members have access to all project work. Cliqtalk can store all conversations involving project ideas and concerns into a searchable repository It lets you pull off valuable data at any point in time. Sharing web-stored media is also a breeze through the attached links in Cliqtalk posts. Users can be notified of new posts using Cliqtalk alerts, which can be sent via email or mobile SMS.

Unlike many project management applications, Cliqtalk is mobile-first and starts with enabling and recording team exchanges. There is no need to rely on external emails or other means to communicate with your team members. Set project milestones, assign to-dos to the responsible parties, and track to-dos and workflows in weekly or monthly calendars adapted for mobile screens.

1. Project discussions.
Both team-wide and private communication channels are supported. You can post messages to the whole team or to a select subset, depending on the discussed project issues.

2. Project scaling.
You can set milestones with associated to-dos. In addition, you can define multi-level project hierarchies. For example, a major release project can define to-dos and these can be assigned to sub-projects below it.

3. Ongoing and time-constrained to-dos.
Two types of projects are supported: projects with due dates and projects with ongoing to-dos that have no due date. Cliqtalk's professional service supports also multi-stage Kanban projects.

4. Workflows.
You can track a project's status and team member assignments in project workflows. The workflows are displayed in calendar views adapted for a smartphone screen. Both weekly and monthly calendars are available to track a project's progress.
