Convene would be better if the action log was better integrated into the meeting pack - i.e. if the the action log could be generated as a paper which could be automatically included in the pack - and if the action details weren't lost when you bring them forward into the next meeting (currently I do not use the action log for these reasons). If the agenda times could be broken by sub-item that would be a helpful improvement. And a few things in the admin section can be difficult to find.

Despite asking for this functionality for years, the only response is that we may buy more licenses to support temporary users, which would require manually back-allocating user permissions to all meetings and files.
