Collaboration and file management
What users mention about Microsoft OneNote See all reviews Ve lost entire pages due to syncing issues and the worst part is they have completely removed the functionality to back up your notes locally. Avoid this until/if this issue is fixed. Following are the things i love about the application. Love the support in the application for multimedia. Working within a page is not always intuitive. Text blocks get merged into each other and in order to avoid it you have to create a text block further down the page which can quickly get disorganized.
Create, capture & access everyday notes on mobile devices
What users mention about Evernote See all reviews Intuitive document organisation, just like you would organise tangible documents, big kudos to the product design team. Great ease of use, even for first-time users. I love everything about this app. I use it on my laptop and have the accompanying app, and the information is synced immediately - making it super easy to track anything and everything. Sometimes I can get lost in the endless categories and subcategories that are possible to make. And notes can sometimes hard to distinguish from each other.

Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Website builder & publishing platform
What users mention about Wix See all reviews I have been able to create & customize my own website which has been great for my business. Being able to easily change the format during seasons without needing tech support has been wonderful. It made the process incredibly easy, fast, and fun. I now have a professional website with advanced features and I am proud to refer everyone to it. Here's why: There is little to like about the software. But in terms of what I did like, Wix does provide you with the ability to create web sites, and there are some nice features.

What users mention about HubSpot Marketing See all reviews They have a very easy platform to navigate and great resources to help you create great emails. The email analytics are very simple and straightforward and provide great detailed information. It's a great tool for email automation, building out landing pages, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, and maintaining a blog. On top of that they provide great customer service 24/7. I couldn't believe i was already done when my forms uploaded to my site. I love the tutorials...they not only help me with the software but give me great marketing ideas as well. What users mention about Squarespace See all reviews It's affordable, great product, good customer service. I haven't yet officially launched my website so I can't comment on SEO or analytics but I've liked the experience for website set up so far. I couldn't figure out how to not edit the website "live. I was always nervous as I was editing that someone was going to login and see my ugly work in process. The sleek design, easy functionality and classy templates are great for quickly starting a site that will stand out and be professional.

The Enterprise Results Platform
What users mention about Workboard See all reviews Top Pros include nice user interface, the ability to create tasks easily (well, as easy as the platform allows), adjusting dates and priorities, and the ability to take notes and comments. OKR metrics are the next, and much improved, evolution of managing business strategy. Workboard allows me to drive my business in an efficient manner by staying faithful to the Doerr/Google methods. Upon getting a notice from my bank that I've been overdrawn, I checked my email, and to my dismay I discovered I've been charged the whole annual amount of $632.10.

Enterprise Project Management Solution
What users mention about Clarizen See all reviews Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. Ve been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time. The vendor is very nice to deal with from a sales perspective, as well as with training. We are very pleased with Clarizen and will continue to use it after our initial subscription is up. We have used Clarizen for years and recommend it to all our clients. We are always asked for solutions that integrate with Salesforce.com and now we have a solution we can refer with confidence.

What users mention about Azendoo See all reviews It is easy to use and there are tons of great integrations with other fantastic tools like Evernote. If you lead people and need an affordable tool for you and your team, check out Azendoo. The platform is super simple to use and easy on the eyes. It's perfect for freelancers who don't want to spend a ton of money each month for similar platforms. We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.

What users mention about Metatask See all reviews Clean interface, intuitive, lots of functionality, affordable - and some good zapier integrations that let you schedule tasks. A visual collaborative platform for your great projects
What users mention about Quire See all reviews Having a hierarchy structure in a to do list is brilliant and have been missing from all the big companies. Beautiful design, elegant with the enough color and shapes to make it perfect. I also love how I am able to customize each tag and I love how the overview option shows each of the projects/tasks that I am working on. The diagram breaks it all down and I can see each one clearly. The simplicity and elegance of this program is amazing. The key to a great project is organization, and this app is perfectly tailored to the needs of any business with projects to complete.
Productivity suite for freelancers & SMBs
What users mention about todo.vu See all reviews Vu is great when managing very small amount of project and tasks. The pricing is good, and have a free option to try out before use. It's clean, intuitive, and easy to use. The built in timer is far and away the best one we've used as a company. The UI and ease of use for this software is amazing.
The next generation of professional services automation.
What users mention about HarmonyPSA See all reviews The combination of Salesforce and ServiceMax was such a bad fit for us. Many of our processes had to be done outside of the system and we were losing valuable information. Harmony is a fully featured, and incredibly well supported PSA software. Our platform team had spent countless hours investigating the best possible solution for our unique requirements. I must have spent countless days looking for the "right" PSA tool and I just kept coming back to Harmony, I love it. Happy to share my experience with anybody thinking about a new PSA.
The agile collaboration app for organizational flow.
What users mention about Favro See all reviews What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time. I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
Smart Employee Time Tracking Software with Screenshots
What users mention about Time Doctor See all reviews Bunch of buggs in anoying. Interface is very bad, you can not even make any report - because filters are absolutely is awful. The software plays a very good role in tracking my time. I can manage my projects and tasks well systematically and lots of functionalities that are all wonderful to use. What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.
Sales and marketing CRM for growing businesses
What users mention about Agile CRM See all reviews It has a good & clear interface and user friendly. It has a very widespread marketing automation solution that allows you to mind map your workflow. I really like how this tool has a good very plan for small businesses like mines. You get basic crm features like sales management and some email marketing automation. Some services hard to navigate, trying to work out the Auto part was a bit tricky. Also the additional cost to loose agile from my emails was a bit annoying.
Collaboration and task management tool
What users mention about MeisterTask See all reviews It is very easy to use, it is wonderful that I can share this with my collegues and we can all see what each other is working on and for how long. I had problems with having a overview about the tasks in my team. Now we can shortly assign the tasks and nothing gets lost in the chain. What users mention about ActiveCollab See all reviews I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great. Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.
Task & project automation for growing teams
What users mention about Rindle See all reviews The visibility Rindle gives every member of our team on all of our projects is amazing. It was very easy to learn and the staff is AMAZING and so helpful. Rindle meets all of these requirements and more, and provides a great platform in which our company can operate and communicate with each other throughout project timelines with ease. The automation functionality really does save time and possibly eliminates some workflow steps. It's really customizable and can already do an impressive amount things with more being added often.
Collaborative task & project management software
BugHerd: The Visual Feedback Tool for Websites
What users mention about BugHerd See all reviews The simplicity of installation and then the ability to direct users to simply click on a feedback tab on our website was awesome. In addition, it's super easy to collaborate with others on these tickets and take actions. I really enjoy the snapshot feature and ability to put a ticket on a mockup itself. The lack of customizable columns in their kanban-style layout is a pity. What users mention about actiTIME See all reviews The product is easy to use and versatile. I think it's the best out there but would love to be able to have more flexibility in applying rates to individual employees to make billing easier. It is easy to use, has user friendly interface, easy to manage. The best of the this application is the ability to use it on mobile devices. Ultimately the security certificate problem was unsolvable but that is a problem with my computer.
Work management software that lets your team do more.
What users mention about Teamwork See all reviews Teamwork Project is incredibly outstanding product and now it has become my most favorite project management tool. I like its ease of use the most. Limited integrations with other tools which can sometimes be annoying. Frustrating user management tools. The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Project management and collaboration tools
What users mention about Easy Projects See all reviews It greatly improves our ability to see the health of every project on the floor from any office. EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset. We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests. Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.
Automation software for all Professional Service Businesses
What users mention about Accelo See all reviews The Idea of Task Board is really nice and this is a very good tool for monitoring tasks and keep them in mind. Mentioning about their blog is good for creating loyalty. We have a lot of different tools and this interrogates with most of them. For those that doesn't the API has been a fantastic solution to get our processes working. Love the product as it allows to manage customers, projects, contracts, finances and time management in the same application. Great list of features in each of this areas to manage them.
All-in-one, client-focused project management for teams.
What users mention about Avaza See all reviews The easy to use interface, which translates to mobile super easily. Really happy with a couple of features I cannot find elsewhere, which helps our companies efficiency and flow. With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app. Avaza allows me to keep all my clients and their individual projects in one place without sorting through a maze of emails (or worse - missing an email).
All-in-one product management platform & roadmap tool
What users mention about productboard See all reviews Excellent community including a slack channel with helpful tips, articles etc. Portal is an excellent idea and great for engaging users and displaying the roadmap to prospective enterprise customers. The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great. It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Timesheets & Project Management Software
What users mention about FunctionFox See all reviews This product allows you to modify anything to make it more like your own personal workflow, my sales rep was awesome. She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.
Collaborative project management with built-in chat
What users mention about Taskworld See all reviews Its a great product with a rich set of features. Taskworld helps us to get good feedback's from our clients as we can effectively manage our projects. Recently there was a mistake in connection with the error. And sometimes, it slows down, causing inconvenience to the user. We hope you will continue to improve Taskworld, we really think you have a very very powerful solution (maybe a little overpriced compared to other solutions, but it still worth it!).
Award-Winning Project Management Software
What users mention about ProjectManager.com See all reviews We missed the deadline for canceling the product and were charged the full monthly rate, with only a few days past deadline. When contacted the provider wouldn't even consider cancelling the charge. The interface is very user friendly and clean. It contains the right amount of information needed to ensure successful project management. I really love this software, it helps a lot in terms of reporting and updating of my tasks. Easy to use and very effective in planning.
Project Management & Time Tracking For Teams Of Any Size.
What users mention about ProWorkflow See all reviews A solid software for small ad or creative agencies that need to track projects. Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built in messaging tool, really useful.
CRM for lifelong customer relationships.
What users mention about Insightly See all reviews Insightly CRM is itself a very reliable tool which allows the user to gain the most of the advantage with its easy to use features and efficient tools. Insightly CRM is a great option to consider, it has all the needed features like dashboard, process workflow, lead management, opportunities , converting opportunities to project, etc. It went from bad to worse... see cons comments. At 5 weeks of failures with Insightly and horrible upgraded support we moved to HUBspot and had it up and running in less then a week.
Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.
Agile, No-code Business Application Platform
What users mention about Kintone See all reviews It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful. Mot databases are pretty much the same when using it on a small scale so I went with the fantastic client service and the affordable price point for our little non-profit food shelf. Basic user still designing processes and workflows to enter into Kintone. Excited about what else it may be able to help us with and expand to other departments.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
All of your team’s work, in one powerful space 🚀
What users mention about Flow See all reviews Incredible, not only does it help me manage my projects from a month to month perspective, it keeps me focused on what the daily wins are. But honestly, it was such a great balance. After using it for a few months, I really fell in love and would like to use it at my new job. Flow has a beautiful interface, robust features, great onboarding, simple easy-to-use mobile apps, and a friendly support team to help you with anything you need.
the Work Management platform
What users mention about Pipefy See all reviews Overall our experience with Pipefy has been outstanding. No matter what the goal, Pipefy and their team are dedicated to helping you achieve them. As a Brazilian user, the worst part for me is the value for money, considering the company is also Brazilian but charges only in US dollar, which makes it somewhat expensive. Combination of Database and pipes and the ease to cross connect them to each other. The Pipefy consultants take great care of us to make sure our final system setup will be exactly as we need it.
Powerful project management and collaboration platform.
What users mention about Hive See all reviews The ability to provide reviews in app and establish approval flows is awesome. Additionally, the template design is robust and allows you to quickly form a project plan. I am enjoying my time with Hive so far, very efficient and easy to use. Always updating their features, which is fun to learn about and implement into my work. My writers love how clear and concise their workload is presented each day. The ability to change and insert new assignments or move them around is also great.
Integrated sales & marketing software for growing teams
What users mention about EngageBay See all reviews Automation is simple but powerful and there are great things coming that will make this one of the best tools out there. EngageBay gives me the best experience to run Email Marketing and Sales activities on one platform. Reps help me to achieve what I need with the best support that can't I imagine before. If you are looking for an alternative to Hubspot that offers more capabilities you will want to check this out. Great features, easy to use, great value for money.
Online Enterprise Work Management Software
What users mention about Workfront See all reviews Unable to customize email notifications, no analytics (as of yet), unable to customize/provide validation in our custom forms. The reporting capabilities is terrific, very robust, and most importantly, easy to use. It has everything we need, and even things we didn't know we needed. All of their support reps have been friendly and helpful. Onboarding was a bit of a process, but once we got it up and running it's been great.
Project & Issue Tracking Software - See why we're #1!
What users mention about JIRA See all reviews I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management. I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
An online work execution platform for any size organization.
What users mention about Smartsheet See all reviews We are able to increase our work agility during our software implementation projects while using this excellent software. Great integrations with other systems. I love how easy it is to use, how visually attractive it is to the eye. Our Plant Manager wants to make things easier for everyone to see how well we are doing overall, this would help. I have used Smartsheet for 8 years and have been pleased with the way it has improved and developed, and when new useful features come out users are well informed.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.
Conversation platform for team collaboration & productivity
What users mention about Glip See all reviews The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes. I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.

I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
Project & workflow management for the creative industry
What users mention about Workamajig See all reviews Workamajig is overall a good, solid program to use for our marketing department needs. It's easy to create and resolve tasks, organize your schedule, and get overviews of projects and campaigns. The newer features that allow me to drill down into more information, or click on a link to take me to a new screen is turning out to be super helpful to solve issues. The project management piece is excellent if utilized to its full potential. The ability to customize your color scheme is also pretty nice.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.

What users mention about Contract Insight See all reviews When people see how powerful and versatile it is, they are always amazed. It is a cost effective stream-lining solution for many in-house legal department tasks and projects. However, the system and the customer service is outstanding. Cloud-based Print to Postal Mail Outsourcing
What users mention about Click2Mail See all reviews Some of the letters were torn or damaged upon arrival, but not sure where the fault lies. Overall -- they offer a lot of options and great features. Their support for the most part was great. They did a good job of upscaling one graphic which was not high resolution, to the point where I couldn’t tell from the printed material that it had been upscaled.
Instant Discovery for Modern Legal Teams
What users mention about Logikcull See all reviews If it is at the end of the month, even the last day you will be charged for the whole month. Also remove documents from their workspace when you are done so you don't get charged for them. The help desk is amazing, the support is very friendly and clear, gives you easy enough directions to make the process clear and straight to the point. As well as been very fast with their replies. Logikcull has been great for e-discovery work when trying to find out when documents were created, edited, etc. I also enjoy the ability to quickly search keywords and tag documents as necessary.
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
Life Sciences Quality Management and Compliance
What users mention about Qualio See all reviews Most software will encounter an error now and then. While it is infrequent with Qualio, the error messages can be vague, prompting support calls that could be avoided with better detail. The best thing about this software is the ease at which it enables staff members to learn policies and protocols for our organization. The documents are clean and easy to read. Overall, I enjoy logging into Qualio and navigating the system to quickly get what I need.

Performance Support for Manufacturing & Industrial Workers
What users mention about WorkClout See all reviews The strongest aspect of this program is scheduling. It is a great system for tracking job tickets and materials too. One of the best features is the ability to source answers to the most pressing challenges faced on the shop floor, similar to how I use stack overflow as an engineer. Even though i has to reach out, the customer service is remarkable and the system is very easy to pick up and start using right away.
Automate drafting and managing your documents. 120K+ users
What users mention about Legito See all reviews Our organization has been using Legito for a long time now and we love how easy it is to use. Their development team is doing a great job delivering new features almost every month. Very robust API and the possibilities of integrations are awesome. Importing data from our system and generating documents now take a fragment of the time they normally would. It's rare for me, but I have to admit that haven't found anything that would suck.
QMS software for Medical Device startups
Enterprise Quality Management
What users mention about MasterControl See all reviews The capability to drive the processes of the corporation around our quality system was the best of the overral experiencie with the system. It does what it promises. Its impressive like how easy it is to use the system and how the quality documents can be kept in a central system instead of the multiple systems we had been using before. Best thing is E-forms-you can build any form that you use manually as electronic form with tracking. Best Validation support with TOQ and TPQ.
Workflow management solution for accounting firms
What users mention about Suralink See all reviews I appreciate how easy it is to import lists and drag and drop items into categories. I also appreciate the fun quirks like jokes and messages when signing out. The software makes it very easy to share documents with clients. I love that you can categorize the documents, so they are easy to find and the due date and assigning features are great. I think mostly user error). Is there a cheat sheet out there for clients that have multiple accounts.
Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central Document Management Add-on
Legal productivity software for small law firms.
What users mention about Smokeball See all reviews If you have used other major software programs like Abacus or Practice Panther, you may not feel like the benefits are worth the hassle of the change. It is quite easy to save emails and documents to various clients and to search matters quickly. I like that I can pull up documents while on the phone with clients. My only complaint would be price, but that is really a nominal complaint.
Document management solution for businesses of all sizes
What users mention about Dokmee See all reviews It fits perfect with the SMB, but has the strength and technology that the market requires in document management. I not only recommend Dokmee to my colleagues, but I also use it in my business. It is a great experience and the sense of logic behind it is powerful too, makes DOKMEE a very good asset to any one using it. In a few words, its very easy to implement, use and escalate, the capacity of integration with our products (Kodak Alaris Portfolio) its outstanding.
Crushing your Competition From Propose to Close
What users mention about PandaDoc See all reviews It's great for creating proposals and then keeping track of them. It can be used alongside various programs and CRMs and the customer support can be of great help ,when needed. Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable. I love PandaDoc and recommend adding to your tool belt...unless your in my space as I like standing out above the competition.
Powerful Document Automation that creates with one click
What users mention about WebMerge See all reviews I like seeing the maturation of the Platform, and just how helpful the Help section is. To me, very solid foundation and very easy to include in the day-to-day document management process. I love the ease of use once its up and running it save me a lot of time and allows me to produce nice looking documents with the click of the button. Good value with good support. The pricing is very reasonable and the owner is extremely responsive to questions, including in after hours.
Cloud based electronic document management
What users mention about eFileCabinet See all reviews Hate the checking in and out of documents and often I get error codes trying to check something back in. I have no doubt it has far more capabilities than I utilize as a small firm. EfileCabinet has saved us great amount of space since we have been able to scan all documents. We are not 100% digital but we have converted a great amount of our documents. I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.
Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
Document management system for healthcare organizations
What users mention about ContentCenter See all reviews There are tweaks here and there that we would like to make and Medforce has been willing to help us get these in the works or come up with a better process or solution. The best thing about this product is the customer support team, they are awesome and quick to respond. For the most part i like using medforce content center. There are some features I would like to have in content center like to ability to delete a page without having to go into content center.
Digital Asset Management software
What users mention about Filecamp See all reviews It has all features as super expensive options out there. I would have loved to stay with them but my project was FotosDCuba and because of the US Embargo, Cuban photographers cannot access the site. This software is a very clean, easy and elegant way for sharing drawings. It can be customized and it is very intuitive. The idea is to open up the asset vaults that will help account people send assets to their clients without a 3rd person involved.
Virtual data room for deal document storage & collaboration
What users mention about FirmRoom See all reviews Its easy to work with, its user friendly and always good tips on how to use the room more usefully. The customer support is very responsive and I have always had my issues resolved. Additionally, the low cost of the FirmRoom product is great for a company like mine that will use it about once per quarter.
File analysis, archiving & data management software
Manage Sofware Projects in One Place
A Modern Digital Workplace to keep remote teams connected.
What users mention about OnSemble See all reviews Now, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on things. If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.
Build Smarter Solutions for Today's Content Challenges
What users mention about Nuxeo See all reviews The out-of-the-box functionality for document management is solid and their are some very nice features, like being able to view changes between versions side-by-side. One major complaint from our users is the inability to edit documents from within the repository by launching Office, something you can do with SharePoint and Alfresco. Very easy to manage your digital assets. Lots of option to protect your assets , review and share with required people.
