Pros

It is highly secure and provides a sense of comfort in knowing our materials are safe and protected. We are very satisfied customers.
Ability to place notes on board papers for others to see and respond or even making own notes is a fantastic feature, easy to use and loved by all members.
Excellent product but more importantly, exceptional customer service. Very much appreciate the diligence (Pun intended) that the company has in ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

Pros

As a new user I’ve had an excellent experience. Tech support is very helpful, and the resources available under the Help tab are very helpful.
My overall experience has been great. I always get fantastic customer service when i call the help desk.
I like that the portal is so easy to use and I appreciate how it has grown over the years.

Cons

Sometimes lost between windows opened and by mistake we close the wrong window and have to re connect again. Not that easy when we want to download some documents (the path is quite long).
I'm frustrated that the web version and one-click are not identical yet and wait for the day that the web version can do the drag and drop the same way that one-click does.
Making sure that the Board Members have refreshed their iPads so they can see the books. We have had problems with the Board of Directors not being able to open their books.

Cons

Many of our users have a hard time finding things and it is mainly because they have to click quite a few links to find something and they get lost.
I struggle to come up with this, but at the moment it is still difficult for some of my board members to log on, but enhancements are coming this year to allow for touch id log on.
There's not too many drawbacks to this software. It can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate the actual classification of materials when uploading them into the portal.
