Evernote has been a great note tracker for meetings and action items. It's like a virtual notebook!

The go-to note taker for business

It's like having a digital diary and an assistant at the same time, I love having the information available on my cell phone and tablet, the tasks I have to perform, the assignments I have made to others and the files I need to share with my work team. All of us in the Coordination use it and we stay connected to make the information more fluid and give a quick response when required.

LOVE Skitch and really like the notebook tools. I've paid for both and will continue to use them.

Valuable Tools

This tool is perfect for personal use in a business environment, to organize your time and tasks. Nevertheless, it lacks some capabilities when it refers to collaboration and productivity.

Great notebook service

After a few years of working with Evernote I would not dream of using another note taking software, unless forced to do so for consistency. It is feature-rich, and continuously getting better. I have not experienced a single bug in the time I've been using it. 

A good UI goes a long way!

My overall experience thus far has been good. Looking forward to any improvements that may be in store. I also use Evernote for my personal account and I loved the changes that were made there. 

Great For Managing Projects

I've always searched for a desktop tool that with would have those three features:
1. Capture my knowledge quickly and painlessly, and be responsive.
2. Provide automatic syncing on my devices.
3. Provide a powerful search.
4. Does not require any sort of wiki or whatever notation.

When I discovered Evernote, my addiction started. I use it nearly daily.


Very Impressive

It was great when we had remote workers before Basecamp improved or google docs became ubiquitous. But now it is generally redundant and we don't need it anymore.

I have loved being able to take notes and have them stored for easy reference. It the past I would fill notebooks with notes. The problem is I leave my notebook or worst case LOSE my notebook. Those days are over and a new Era has begun with Evernote.

Organization is key in my position at work and Evernote allows me to keep my notes in an organized manner. I have a personal notebook and a work notebook I work in and both have notes in various formats. I have typed, audio clips, web screen shots... it's great!

Decent process for importing from Evernote (though I did have to email support for help). The forums seem to be monitored daily, but there isn't any direct support. I have some concern about this before switching permanently.

A simple note taking app always synced

If you're looking for something simple, no-frills, and very stripped down, this may be a good option for you, but don't look for particularly sophisticated or advanced features like you might expect from Evernote or OneNote.

Extremely basic, even for a free option

It's nicely designed but it's underpowered compared to the competition. I'm not a big fan of Evernote but Zoho Notebook looks weak in comparison. I'll stick with Keep since it integrates with Google Docs, my main writing too.

It was not bad, but I might use other products.

Zoho product: Notebook

The moment I opened it up, It was fun and joyful. I like the security of a passcode so you don't have anyone snooping in on your notes, thoughts and expression. its a digital diary...thats what it is. It can also be a great place have a gratitude list and jot down ideas. Saves paper which I like. 

Its free so that a plus. If you don't need all the bells and whistles of  Word or Notes, this is the perfect solution for notes and it integrates with Evernote. Want a fun way to take notes or liven up a to do list? Zoho Notebook is the way to go.

It works for me on soo many levels and I'm glad to be a user for a long time. I love that they are always making amazing changes to make the software even better.

I like how it makes easy to just forward and share notes with the team, how fast and reliable is. It reminds me of passing notes in class without the teacher noticing, to be honest.

My department likes to use for all types of projects, and they act as a nice log for accomplishments as well. We also can build nice documentation thru this.

I really enjoy using Evernote. It makes it super easy to organize all of my notes and the unlimited ideas and thoughts in my head that I need to keep track of, and sort them in a meaningful way.

This tool is amazing and makes explaining everything so simple. Nothing is more powerful than a screenshot but the ability to markup the screenshot is priceless.

Helps to track items and their completion, good integration with slack, outlook, helps in better sharing of the information and get reminders.

My experience with Evernote has been awesome I am able to save my notes and they are easily searchable.

The only downside I see is that it is difficult to get the app to recognize that you want to start writing. Sometimes I have to tap on it several times and it can get annoying.

I like the ease of use, cross-device compatibility, and real-time ability to edit notes while others on your team do the same.

I also love the company has great customer service and the application is easy to use.

At 1st I didn't like it, then I understood how to navigate it. It is such a nice tool to use from the office to the job site, to the shop, and back to the office.

The only complaint I have about Evernote Business is that it's expensive.

The best thing about the software is it's easy to use and it guide you through all the processes you need.

I mostly use this on my phone, but it is a wonderful note taking app that is easy to use and integrates across several platforms.

Subscription prices keep going up, and features are disappearing. Support is terribly slow.

I keep having problems with the laptop version of the software, as if it was only thought for phones or tablets.

Overall, I would say if you invest the time to use this and figure it out it works great.

Evernote has great tutorials and online resources, but I have had a couple questions/glitches come up, and I LOVE that they have chat support. The price is totally reasonable, too.

Zoho Notebook is a absolute gorgeous note-taking app, just one of the best out there. Zoho has an affordable price and beautiful design.

If you don't need all the bells and whistles of  Word or Notes, this is the perfect solution for notes and it integrates with Evernote. Want a fun way to take notes or liven up a to do list.

Zoho Notebook is missing a lot of extremely basic functionalities, many of which are related to its severely limited WYSIWYG editor.

That is perhaps a major lacking feature. Also, lack of shortcuts, which is frustrating when I am working on multiple tabs and have to extract just tiny bits of info from each.

The free plan is excellent, nothing is required, and the cloud storage option works great.

Very user friendly and with Vibrant color  note pages and with very little  resource needed to install it to most platforms.

I've had a pretty good experience with Zoho Notebook. It's handy when it comes to storing things like simple references, recipes, quick checklists, etc.

I loved Zoho Notebook because of its easy accessibility. I can access my notes from anywhere in the world.

This software is easy to use and definitely does the job of note-taking and other functions. Some features are really useful for everyday tasks such as reminders.

I love that I am able to customize the covers of my notebooks as well as the color of each note.

It doesn’t matter whether it’s my laptop or mobile phone, it can be accessed from anything. Besides, the checklist feature motivated me to do my tasks in time.

I also love the reminder options as it helped me to remain on track of my tasks.

I like the accessibility through the web plugin and Zoho Mail Integration. The web plugin allows for image editing of screen shots aiding one's notes further.

Let alone how remarkable it is compared to free or feemium products, it is free to use and still blows away the apps that cost money to use.

Notes are presented as cards, there is no possibility to have a list view which takes less space.

It has cost me a lot as i will be missing the event or the task that i has planned.
