Guru's accessibility and openness have also made it 'too open' yet "too small" in my perspective. While this barely states that this is an onset compared to the good things that Guru has, it does complicate its use on an effective degree.

Before it, we had a knowledge base that was not user-friendly and was very heavy - it took a long time to load and looked like Wikipedia from 2005. When Guru came along, we benefited from a much lighter app, with a better interface and a possibility of retaining more information.
