What is Headstarter?
Headstarter is a democratic and scalable idea sharing platform based on a different set of principles not really seen on any other platform. The primary purpose is to get problems and opportunities for improvement solved and implemented much faster by empowering employees and letting them collaborate in a more free manner. The solution is suitable for use across all industries and markets, and both free and paid versions are available.
Headstarter is based on democratic voting and letting everyone help out on solving problems. Employees can create and submit an unlimited number of ideas, with the ability to attach multiple images alongside text to illustrate their idea. Public links can be generated to enable idea submissions from partners, customers, and other external parties. Each user can view a personalized news feed which displays new and expiring ideas, current campaigns, and new messages on bulletin boards.
