Letmo is a field documentation platform for teams working on site. It captures what a project produces day to day, photos, voice notes, documents and tasks, and files it in the right project folder in chronological order, available to the office in real time.

CAPTURE

Photos taken in the app are stamped with date, time, GPS coordinates and author automatically. Photos imported from the camera roll keep their original EXIF metadata. Two quality modes are available, optimised or full resolution. A visible date and location watermark can be applied to any image in one tap.

Notes can be dictated instead of typed. Audio is transcribed and cleaned up by a French AI model (Mistral) running on Scaleway infrastructure, so voice data never leaves France.

PDF documents such as quotes, plans and reports are attached to the same folder as the photos.

ORGANISE

Each project is a folder holding its own chronological feed of photos, notes, tasks, links and documents. Folders carry a status (in progress, on hold, late, completed, cancelled, plus custom statuses), a location resolved to GPS coordinates, and access information such as gate codes or parking instructions.

Photos can be sorted by capture date or upload date, and filtered by author, folder, tag or category, with filters combining.

DESKTOP

The web workspace mirrors the mobile app in real time. It offers grid, table, map, planning and status views, task assignment with due-date reminders, photo requests sent to a field member, and organisation statistics. Photos up to 25 MB can be uploaded from a computer.

SHARE

Each folder can generate a web gallery accessible through a link, with no account required for the recipient. Automated client follow-up sends a daily notification only on days when new photos were added, without exposing your team's phone numbers. A showcase website is included and updates itself from the app, and any gallery can be embedded into an existing website with a single line of code.

SECURITY AND DATA

Data is hosted exclusively in France and Letmo is GDPR compliant. Five permission roles (Owner, Administrator, Manager, Contributor, Guest) control access, and each folder's visibility is set by role or member by member. Individual notes can be restricted to a minimum role. There is no advertising, no resale of personal data and no commercial use of customer content.
