What is NFSTOCK?
NFStock Alterdata is a web solution for the management and storage of invoices, which automatically imports the invoices from the tax authority and local government websites. The files are then organized by the tool and can be viewed and downloaded at any time, in XML or DANFE, by both the company and its customers, who get their own login to the platform.
Fast access to documents is possible due to the use of location filters in the system, such as access key, invoice number, supplier name, issue date, etc., which help in a quick search for a specific file. In terms of storage, NFStock Alterdata keeps the NFs for up to six years, and even allows the company to establish a specific time to store each client's fiscal documents.
In addition, the system protects the company and its customers from possible fraudulent actions, since invoices are imported directly from official government sources, any improperly generated invoice can be identified more easily.
