What is Pathagoras?

Pathagoras is an open-source document management and automation software, which helps organizations create or modify documents such as business forms or clauses in real-time. It enables employees to view and select textual content from multiple sources and add them in a new document using a drag-and-drop interface.

Pathagoras allows businesses to personalize assembled documents as per organizational or client requirements and read bracketed variables from selected documents. It offers a variety of features including database management, access control, notes management, data backups, document tracking, reporting, and more. The application lets managers generate custom reports, rename or add subject modifiers to documents in bulk, and capture and store clients’ contact details in a centralized repository.

Pathagoras supports integration with Firm Central, which allows businesses to synchronize data related to clients’ legal case files across systems. It also helps administrators configure workflows, archive source documents, and assign names or numbers to folders.
